Data Storage  Location

The data we collect and store is held in a database which is hosted on the same network as this website. The information stored in the database is only queried by this website, and cannot be accessed by any other person who does not have the correct rights. The network is also protected by firewall, anti-virus and spam control programs.

From time to time, we may back-up or download the data held in the database, which also means that the data is stored on our office computer network. This also cannot be accessed and is hidden under username and passwords.

Ways in which data is collected

Data is collected in a many different ways on this website. These are outlined in the list below:

Cookies - Small text files are stored on your computer when you login to the website. The text files are only stored if you select the 'Remember Me' option.

Contact form - When a user contacts us using our contact form, the information is sent straight into a database. This information can then only be accessed by administrators with correct access rights.

Registration Form - When a user wishes to register on our website, we collect limited personal identifiable information. This information involves a user only giving us their Full name, and a supplied email address. No other personal information is required. This data is stored in the same database as the above, and the same authentication properties apply.

Ticket System - Once a user becomes a registered member on our website, he or she is entitled to submit a ticket to our support team. The ticket system is intended for support and sales purposes only, and we cannot be held responsible if a user submits personal information into this system. However, the system is only viewable by the user concerned and our support team. The information cannot be viewed by any other third party.

Web hosting signup form - Customers may use our online web hosting signup form. This form is supplied to allow a user to purchase a web hosting package from us, and is not intended for marketing purposes. This form however collects more personal information, but only as the user is entering a binded contract from when payment has been sent. Because of this, we must collect more information to verify the user is who he/she claims to be.
